Casamar is a platform connecting Nordic buyers with Spanish new-build developments. It is operated by Equinode AB, a Swedish company based in Stockholm with operations on the Costa del Sol. Our team has been working on the ground on the Costa del Sol since 2003.

We select projects carefully. Today we present The Eagle — Seaview Residences in Mijas. More will follow, but every project must pass our quality bar before we bring it onto the platform.

We don't have a contact list. We have a coastline, a team that knows it, and a platform that lets you go from first interest to handover without losing control.

You start by exploring the project and its units on the platform. When you find something that interests you, you book a call with us — free, no commitment. If after the call you want to move forward, you reserve the unit with a €6,000 deposit, fully refundable for 14 days under Spanish consumer law.

From there we help you through your NIE application, Spanish bank account, draft contract and mortgage questions. All off-platform with our partner lawyers and banks. We stay with you to handover and a while beyond.

Spanish new-build projects are most often sold today via portals that treat each unit as a listing. That works for a local buyer with one foot in the market. For a Nordic buyer making an economic and practical commitment over decades, it falls short.

We built Casamar to fill that gap. A single broker you actually get to speak to, a platform that shows projects at their own pace, and a team in Sweden that can vouch for the process holding up legally and financially.

We believe this is how cross-border property purchases should work. We are a starting point — Costa del Sol today, the Nordics and the Iberian Peninsula ahead.
