What we collect
When you use casamar.se we collect: name, email, phone (if you provide it), messages you send through contact forms, units you save (locally in your browser), and technical information about your device (IP address, browser type, to prevent fraud and technical errors).

Contact enquiries with no follow-up: 24 months.
Booked calls that didn't progress: 12 months after the call.
Active matters (reservations, contracts): for as long as the matter is ongoing plus 7 years for accounting.
On a request to delete, we delete what we are allowed to delete by law and anonymise the rest.
Who we share with
We share your data with our team who handles your matter, with Stripe for payments, with Postmark for transactional emails, and with Swedish or Spanish authorities where required by law. We never sell your data.
