Kala Residences

We chose Kala Residences for the layout: 52 townhouses on three levels, all with three bedrooms. In the houses we have plans for, the garage and a multipurpose room sit in the basement, the kitchen and living room share one room on the ground floor, and the bedrooms are upstairs. The houses stand in seven blocks on a plot in Torreblanca del Sol, Fuengirola. The first phase covers blocks 1 to 4 with 31 houses, the second phase the remaining 21.

The communal area is gated with controlled access. It has a pool for adults and a children's pool with salt chlorination, a gym and an outdoor gym, a wellness area with sauna, coworking rooms, sun decks and bioclimatic pergolas. According to the developer's description, the landscaped areas have water reuse systems.

What we ourselves take note of is the equipment included from the start: aerothermal hot water, ducted air conditioning, hydronic underfloor heating in the first-floor bedrooms and bathrooms, photovoltaic panels and pre-installation for electric vehicle charging in the basement. The project description puts the commuter rail station five minutes away and Málaga Airport thirty. The images are computer renders and the areas are according to plan.
