A hillside, the sea always in view.
The Eagle sits on a hillside in Mijas, between Málaga and Marbella, with the sea always at the horizon. The name comes from the place itself: the development lies along a migration path for eagles, falcons and storks, and a grove of tall trees has been planted to give the birds a foothold in the landscape.
Of the 20,000 square metres of the site, only some 3,000 are built. The rest is natural parkland, gardens and paths around an infinity pool that opens onto the Mediterranean. The buildings sit raised above the access roads: views without exposure.
